Mobberley Riding School was established in its present location in 1972 by Pam Rigby. Over the years we have grown from a small yard into one of the busiest riding schools in Cheshire.

MRS is now managed by Sarah Diggle BHS SM, with Pam Rigby continuing to offer help and advice in her capacity as a consultant. Together with our team of friendly instructors, yard and office staff, we offer a welcoming atmosphere for anyone wishing to learn to ride. Our clients are assured a professional and pleasant environment no matter what their age or ability.

Our staff hold both BHS and ABRS qualifications, and are always on hand to assist and advise.

We have over 40 well-schooled horses and ponies working in the riding school, ranging from 11hh to 17hh. They are versatile all-rounders, and are used to a variety of lessons. From beginner children to Pony Club competitions, novice adults to BHS Stages students, they can turn their hoof to many tasks. Whatever your riding needs, we will have a horse or pony to suit you.
